Information about shipping

All items are custom-made and sent from our warehouse in India. The next business day after an order is submitted, we start processing it. Orders are packed and sent out Monday through Friday. Weekend and other holiday’s orders are handled the next working day.

Your purchase processing may be delayed by an extra 2 business days if we are unable to process it as a result of incorrect or incomplete payment information.

You will receive a tracking information email as soon as the order ships.

The anticipated delivery dates for your order can be found at checkout before you submit payment as well as on your invoice once it has been emailed.

Ordinary orders are processed and delivered in 8 to 10 business days. The average processing time is 3-4 business days, and the average transit time is 3–4 business days.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

 Please give your order up to this time to arrive. Your anticipated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email.

After we deliver tracking information, you can track your order. You only need to track your package after logging into "My Account" to find out.

The tracking link you receive will be able to give you the most recent details on the status of your order.

CUSTOMS FEES:

Nabia processes orders in the majority of significant countries. If you happen to incur a fee or bill related to customs, please reach out to us. We will carefully assess your situation to determine if you qualify for a refund. Rest assured, we are committed to making every effort to assist you in clearing an order that may be delayed in customs.

To be eligible for a refund or credit, any customs fee bills must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your package. Any requests beyond this period will be considered at our discretion.

Please note the following:

  • If you place an order, excluding the USA, without being charged VAT or Customs tax, please be aware that you will be responsible for paying the associated fee and clearing the shipment.

  • Unfortunately, fees will not be refunded for express orders that experience delays in customs clearance due to circumstances beyond our control.

Policies for Cancellations:

Only the first 24 hours after making an order can orders be totally altered or cancelled.

After 24 hours, we CANNOT guarantee cancellations or changes because our products are made-to-order and cannot be changed once they have been completed.

Your order will be charged a 25% restocking fee if we are able to cancel it in the midst of the processing period. Cancellations and modifications are handled on a case-by-case basis throughout Ramadan. Since orders are processed more quickly, we won't make any modifications if your order is already being cut during the 24-hour window. NO DEVIATIONS.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Within 7 days of delivered your product you can returned or exchanged.
  • All products being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Within 15 days of receiving your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund in the same form as the original payment. Your refund will include the purchase price of the item less any applicable sales taxes, except the cost of any customizations.
  • The reimbursement will not consider any initial discounts or special offers.
  • The fees of shipping and handling are not refundable.
  • Orders with a discount of 15% or more cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.
  • Differences in color, size, and embroidery can range from 5% to 7%.
